Block Hours
Block hours allow companies to purchase pre-paid hours, that have a 12 month life span from the date of purchase, to establish a support model of convenience.
Where companies have an in-house IT support group, and for example, are looking for a consultative engagement to deliver a definitive piece of work, this offers a discounted option with controlled expenditure.
The hours can be used for any aspect of IT engagement in relation to infrastructure, security, communications (LAN and WAN not telephones), desktop, server, storage, anti-virus etc.
System Review and Business Impact Analysis
Our System Review and Business Impact Analysis (SRBIA) has been developed to provide companies with a full analysis of their current IT systems to enable them to make informed investments going forward.
The SRBIA gathers information on future directions, what management and key business personnel think is wrong and may be improved, and a full hardware and software inventory.
The result of a SRBIA is a detailed report highlighting what needs to be remedied with the present system, what needs to happen to align the IT systems with future business directions, costs and phases of implementation.
The recommendations are supported by our unique impact analysis matrix that gives management a single view of the findings and the potential impact on a business should they not be addressed.
Ultimately it becomes a company's IT strategic direction document and provides accurate budgeting information.

Where a potential client calls for assistance and we have no previous relationship, we can offer our services on an ad-hoc basis. This allows both the client and ourselves to asses the degree of compatibility between the two companies without a long term commitment.
This level of service does not guarantee a response as priority is always given to our managed service and block hour clients.
